Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Content Solutions Specialist within the Media Operations, Operations & Technology group to design and manage end‑to‑end DAM/MAM workflows and integrations. You will translate business requirements into scalable content supply chain solutions, collaborating with product, engineering, and operations, and building automation with low‑code tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full‑stack development using low‑code platforms to build scalable workflow solutions.
• 3+ years in an operational, product, support or customer facing role for a media or technology company.
• 3+ years experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills.
• 3+ years experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support end-to-end DAM/MAM supply chain workflows covering ingest, metadata validation, transformation, QC, transcoding, and delivery.
• Design and support API-based integrations between internal and third‑party tooling and clients.
• Collaborate with Engineering on REST APIs, MCP integrations, webhooks, schemas, and authentication models.
• Build and maintain integration workflows using low‑code and automation platforms to orchestrate cross‑system handoffs and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Develop ETL metadata architectures and workflows for content ingestion, transformation, and fulfillment.
• Support CSC/Marketing Supply chain systems, AI Video/Image Technologies, and related tools in the content lifecycle.
• Create agentic AI/ML workflows using Copilot Studio or equivalents to improve productivity.
• Provide vendor engagement and platform upgrade input, risk/benefits.
