Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Content & Website Coordinator for remote contract work. This role focuses on launching regional websites, content migrations, and governance across multiple sites, with strong emphasis on accessibility and QA.

The position requires coordinating stakeholders, performing audits, and maintaining templates within the CMS, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content operations. W2 benefits are included for eligible consultants.

• Launch eight Region Board websites in 2026, including content audits, preparation, publishing, accessibility reviews, and QA.
• Support eight Regional Meeting informational websites for upcoming conferences.
• Plan and execute content migrations, including inventories and tracking documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage tasks in Asana to maintain timelines.

• Configure pages and publish content in the CMS within established templates.
• Organize information architecture and improve processes for content operations.

Rate: $35.00 to $42.00/hr. w2
