WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Content & Communications Specialist on behalf of our client. This 6-month contract (W-2) role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, focuses on gathering information from SMEs, documenting processes, and transforming complex information into clear content.

Responsibilities include creating engaging content, visual design with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and collaborating through Jira and Confluence to drive knowledge sharing and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience creating written and visual content for internal communications, documentation, marketing, or knowledge-sharing purposes.
• Require proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, and Confluence is required).

Responsibilities

• Meet with team members and SMEs to document business processes and best practices.
• Develop clear documentation to enhance the department's knowledge base.
• Create and edit articles highlighting team projects and achievements.
• Apply taxonomy and metadata to organize content and ensure consistency.
• Produce content that inspires engagement, awareness, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate internal events and campaigns to promote learning and collaboration.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and maintain documentation.
