SERVPRO of Wichita Falls is seeking a Content Supervisor to lead the content processing teams, inventory customer belongings, and supervise packing and cleaning after water or fire damage. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, accurate documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will coach technicians, monitor consumables, and support growth through training and development. A strong emphasis on teamwork and safety underpins daily operations at the franchise.

• Ability to manage and supervise content technicians and support staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the customer experience and overall project satisfaction; set clear expectations for content technicians.
• Evaluate and inventory contents and document the job file.
• Oversee cleaning and packing of contents; protect assets and manage materials.
• Coach and train content technicians and monitor consumables usage.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all contents and project progress.
• Support safe operation and adherence to safety guidelines on site.
• Foster a positive customer experience and ensure timely project completion.
