Job summary

Creatify is recruiting for a Studio lead who can bring seasoned agency judgment to our AI-powered video ad platform. You will own client relationships, shape pricing and deliver scalable workflows, and work closely with product and engineering to align the platform with real client work.

You will lead a growing team of strategists and producers, translating years of agency experience into repeatable playbooks and high-retention client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Former agency owner/leader with paid social video chops.
• Has personally owned client relationships and long-term retention.
• Deep fluency in performance creative and data-driven testing.
• Built processes and margins to scale agency delivery.
• Excited about AI-generated video and modern production engines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio client experience end to end from pitch to renewal.
• Bring agency judgment to ad brief quality, hooks, and testing strategy.
• Design and refine the Studio operating model: pricing, SLAs, margins.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape the Creatify platform.
• Hire and lead creative strategists and producers as Studio grows.
• Turn agency scars into repeatable playbooks for pitches and scope.
