JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a Content Strategy & Operations Manager to take over the content strategy and day-to-day operations across our content verticals.

We’re seeking someone who understands emerging trends, can shape the aesthetic and feel of our products, advocate for content strategy, work closely with compliance, and contribute to aligning content with the business vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and lead the overall content strategy to align with business goals and drive sales growth

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the release of content across all categories and formats

  • Analyze performance data and user trends to guide content planning and prioritization

  • Ensure a well-balanced content portfolio based on demand and gaps

  • Collaborate with production, post-production, marketing, and platform teams to streamline content workflows

  • Monitor the content market to identify trends, competitor strategies, and unmet audience needs

  • Recommend content types, formats, and release timing to maximize user engagement and revenue

  • Coordinate weekly and monthly publishing calendars and ensure timely, high-quality releases

  • Continuously optimize the content strategy to improve platform performance and viewer satisfaction

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Background in video content management, platform operations, marketing, or a related field

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and enhance content performance

  • Proactive and strategic thinker who knows what attracts, engages, and scales

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Passionate about immersive tech and high-performance content

  • Fluency in English
