About Formulytic

Formulytic is a strategic advisory for B2B SaaS organizations, providing GTM Growth and Operations support via the full-lifecycle management of marketing programs and processes across numerous industries. We don’t believe in the traditional agency model. We build sales pipeline sourced from GTM programs, then back it up with the MarTech infrastructure support needed to ensure throughput through the marketing and sales process. Providing a complete GTM and operational infrastructure solution, we augment a company’s complete Marketing and Sales process through to revenue.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to define marketing and sales process definitions and architect them into a measurable lifecycle model.
  • GTM tech stack ownership: maintain operational ownership of a client's tech stack across a variety of systems and platforms - Clay, Apollo, SmartLead, etc.
  • Manage and administer marketing automation systems - Marketo and Hubspot on behalf of clients
  • Manage and administer CRM systems - Salesforce and Hubspot on behalf of clients
  • Support client's overall MarTech stack with CRM + marketing automation as the backbone but to include all supplementary third party integrations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to give visibility into pipeline, funnel conversion, and revenue performance
  • Improve processes across the customer journey, from lead routing and attribution to renewal workflows and expansion
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify friction points and recommend automation or tooling solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other stakeholder groups - Marketing, Sales, Success, and Finance teams.

A little more about you:

  • Applicants must come from a B2B SaaS background with former Salesforce, Hubspot, and/or Marketo admin experience.
  • Ability to adapt to client sizes ranging from seed stage through to series C.
  • 5+ years experience managing marketing technology on behalf of B2B SaaS orgs
  • Comfortable operating in high pressure client facing scenarios
  • Communication is key - we need a strong, clear communicator that likes working with fast moving companies
