About the team

The Sales Strategy, Operations, & Enablement (SSOE) team is at the epicenter of a rapidly growing business focused on acquiring new B2B customers in the Financial Services space. We are general athletes who have the strategic agility to flex into different parts of the organization to provide thought leadership and operational scale. We are seeking a talented Sales Strategy & Operations Manager who can help us grow our revenue and customer base.

About the Job

We're looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, uncover opportunities to improve sales and account management processes, and align cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and data. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver, bringing expertise across various domains of sales strategy and operations, and the ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.

Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Own and maintain the reporting of enterprise sales targets by synthesizing contract data into a single source of truth used across the organization for forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Performance Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Track enterprise account performance, proactively identify risks to meeting targets, and develop mitigation strategies to stay on course.
  • Enterprise Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to develop and refine data-driven pricing proposals that maximize revenue for enterprise products.
  • Product Operationalization: Partner with Product, Sales, and Data teams to build scalable processes and documentation that support the launch and growth of new enterprise offerings.
  • Revenue & Account Insights: Analyze data to inform strategies around revenue generation, customer retention, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Executive Communication: Deliver clear and effective analyses and recommendations to senior and executive leadership on key initiatives and business performance.

Skills / Experiences You Have

  • 5+ years of corporate experience including 2+ years of experience in an analyst, business intelligence, consulting, product or strategy role.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), ability to create effective Tableau dashboards, ability to create clear and engaging presentations.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative cross-team environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a history of building and maintaining strong relationships by involving the right people at the right time.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
