Job summary

Corteva is seeking a Content Specialist (U.S. Seeds) to join the U.S. Marketing Communications Team in Johnston, Iowa.

This role coordinates and creates content for all U.S. Seeds brands across multiple channels, working with stakeholders to execute campaigns. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Journalism/Marketing/Communications, 3+ years in content development for digital channels, SEO knowledge, and strong writing/project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Three or more years of content development experience for digital channels (web pages, email, case studies, videos, social).
• Experience in digital marketing project management.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization activities.
• Foundational understanding of U.S. agriculture.
• Creative thinker, self-starter, proactive, able to work independently.
• Excellent computer aptitude with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other company applications.
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, organized, strong problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication skills (writing, presentations, content creation) with experience collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan creation, approval, and deployment of content across emails, landing pages, websites, and mobile channels.
• Lead end-to-end execution, editorial meetings, content curation, uploads, and content optimization using performance metrics.
• Edit content for accuracy, voice, readability, and consistency.
• Interview experts/customers/thought leaders for relevant content.
• Coordinate content capture shoots and manage agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with web, mobile, email, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with SEO Manager to optimize content for search.
