Zusammenfassung

Replications, Inc. is seeking a Content Specialist to lead curriculum development and instructional quality for COMPASS programs across NYC after-school sites.

You will work with Activity Specialists, Group Leaders, and site leadership to ensure engaging, standards-aligned enrichment activities. Collaborate with NYC Reads and DOE partners to support literacy integration and evidence-based practices that advance positive youth development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, Curriculum Design, or related field.
• Minimum of three years supervisory or instructional leadership experience in after-school programs.
• DOE Fingerprinted, Statewide Central Registry clearance, and Department of Health clearance.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, and evaluate enrichment programming aligned with DYCD COMPASS standards.
• Develop, adapt, and implement curriculum and lesson plans across assigned sites.
• Coordinate with NYCPS principals and staff to align after-school priorities.
• Manage partnerships with vendors and community-based organizations.
• Supervise and coach Activity Specialists and Group Leaders.
• Conduct site visits, observations, and program quality reviews.
• Provide coaching to improve lesson delivery and program quality.
• Design and facilitate professional development and staff training.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and program performance metrics.
• Ensure inclusive, culturally responsive programming aligned with youth development.
