Job summary

UnleashU is seeking a storyteller oriented marketer to shape audience insights, craft resonant narratives, and guide multi-format content initiatives. You’ll work to identify audiences, define messaging, and decide what content to create in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll lead learning-focused content programs, experiment with new formats and AI tools, and help turn expertise into memorable experiences. This role blends strategy, creativity, and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to turn ideas into clear stories.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn and test new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and segment audiences; develop profiles and messaging standards.
• Define and convey what matters to each audience; craft the story they care about.
• Develop and execute content across formats: articles, video, podcasts, social, customer stories, sales collateral, RFP content, campaigns.
