Responsibilities

• Research and develop instructional materials and lesson plans to facilitate staff development workshops.
• Provide group and/or individual assistance to staff.
• Manage classrooms and small groups to maximize student learning.
• Provide formal and informal observations of staff and offer feedback and support.
• Work one-on-one with staff members needing additional professional guidance.
• Model and teach effective classroom management strategies for staff.
• Model and teach strategies for homework assistance to staff.
• Serve as liaison between school and program regarding homework assistance and academic issues.
