Job summary

Systemair NA is seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to create engaging visual and written content that supports brand awareness, product launches, and customer education. You will produce video and photography, manage LinkedIn and Instagram, and collaborate with Marketing on product stories and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media, or video production.
• Strong video production skills including planning, filming, lighting, audio, and editing.
• Proficiency with video/photo editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Experience managing professional social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities; ability to translate technical content for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit, and produce video content for ongoing programs, product launches, training, social, and campaigns.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans with Marketing and SMEs.
• Film interviews, product demos, technical discussions, events, and brand content.
• Edit video for social, websites, emails, presentations, and other channels; repurpose content for reach.
• Manage content calendar, publish captions, headlines, and social copy; monitor engagement and metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to translate product features into engaging content and support campaigns.
