Job summary

Prestige Car Wash & Gas is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to plan, create, publish, and optimize engaging content for a growing multi-location brand. The role involves producing photos, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and campaigns, with opportunities to repurpose content for emails, SMS, blogs, and website updates.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and manage projects end-to-end, with occasional evenings/weekends for content capture at events and openings.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media and digital content for a brand, organization, or agency.
• Portfolio or samples showing social media, graphics, photography, or short-form video content.
• Experience filming/editing vertical video for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Strong writing for captions, promos, emails, SMS, blogs, and landing pages.
• Comfort appearing on camera and directing others during shoots.
• Familiar with Canva or similar tools and basic HTML knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar for campaigns, openings, and community events.
• Create, film, edit, and publish photos, graphics, captions, Reels, Stories, and short-form video content.
• Appear on camera and represent the brand in content.
• Capture content at locations, events, and community activities.
• Monitor trends and engagement to identify timely opportunities.
• Develop social-first campaigns that are clear and engaging.
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand voice.
• Review content performance and leverage insights for future content.
• Repurpose content for email, blogs, landing pages, and site updates.
• Manage multiple content projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
