Summary

The Content Services Solution Engineer is responsible for defining, designing and conducting the technical aspects of internal and client projects, as well as participating in new sales initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design solutions for software implementations and configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets and other related technologies.
• Analyze new sales requirements.
• Be the product feature expert and define new features to improve the product.
• Lead workshops, consulting, and training events.
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Required Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in software support and configuration.
• Experience in content management and data analysis.
• Self‑motivated individual capable of demonstrating initiative.
• Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to end clients.
• Detail oriented with good judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in process development.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Committed to a high level of service.
• Professional written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with web conferencing tools (e.g., WebEx, GoToMeeting).

Desired Skills And Experience

• Knowledge of XSL, XSLT, XSL‑FO, HTML, CSS, DITA, DocBook, S1000D, MIL‑STD.
• Familiarity with FrameMaker, InDesign, XMetaL, ArbortextEditor.
• Experience with content management, data composition, publishing, graphic creation, and translation process.

Compensation

Starting at $85,000k+.
