Job summary
TransPerfect is seeking a Content Services Solution Engineer to drive the technical definition and delivery of client projects, while shaping new sales scopes. You will design configurations, data transformations and publishing stylesheets; lead workshops and training, and articulate value propositions to end-clients.
The role requires a minimum bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in software support and configuration, with strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office and
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in software support and configuration
- Experience in content management and data analysis
- Self-motivated and capable of initiative
- Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions to end-client
- Detail oriented and good judgement
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with web conferencing tools (WebEx, GoToMeeting)
Responsibilities
- Define, design and conduct technical aspects of client projects and internal initiatives
- Design solutions for software implementations and configurations
- Lead workshops, consultations and training events
