Job summary

Kelly Services seeks a Content Review Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end review processes for medical, legal, and regulatory content across the organization. The role focuses on compliant, efficient workflows and timely approvals to accelerate asset readiness.

Responsibilities include leading MLR cycles, optimizing resource use, and maintaining audit-ready documentation while partnering with cross-functional teams. A strong PM background and VVPM experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years partnering with diverse stakeholders; at least 3 years in content/digital asset management, content or marketing operations, content review and approval, compliance, or governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) or similar content/digital asset management and approval platforms.
  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and medical content lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and refine operational processes, leveraging technology for enhanced compliance and efficiency.
  • Excellent program management skills; strong communicator with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital content strategies and regulatory requirements in marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, etc.).

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on content systems and processes, providing training support and ongoing guidance to adapt to evolving standards.
  • Proactively identify and address operational gaps or risks, escalating issues as appropriate, and partnering with content owners to ensure consistent process adherence.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive audit trails and compliance documentation for all content assets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and operational outcomes.
  • Prepare and facilitate review meetings, ensuring timely resolutions and informed decision-making.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing Genentech operations.

Status: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Content Review Operations Manager oversees and executes the end-to-end review processes for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) content within Genentech. In this vital role, you will ensure that all promotional and medical content flows efficiently, transparently, and compliantly through the review cycle. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

Required:
