Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or related highly regulated industry commercial experience.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional review (MLR/RC) processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end MLR/RC review activities across patient, HCP, and non-personal promotional materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Digital, and agency teams to ensure high-quality submissions and timely resolution of review comments.
• Maintain promotional review documentation, content repositories, and governance processes.
• Support training and guidance related to promotional review best practices, submission requirements, and system/process expectations.
