In this role, you will review formatted blog posts inside WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms to check for formatting consistency, structural accuracy, and overall publishing quality.

Your responsibility is to make sure each article is clean, structured, error-free, and ready for professional publishing.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility will be reviewing blog posts prepared by the formatting team.

Typical tasks include:

• Reviewing heading structure (H2, H3, H4)


• Checking spacing and layout consistency


• Verifying images and ALT tags


• Ensuring links open in new tabs


• Checking tables, lists, and content sections


• Reviewing readability and formatting accuracy


• Ensuring the article follows our internal SOPs


• Approving posts for final publishing
