Location: Remote (East Coast)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, format, and publish various content types including infographics, reports, blogs, and more.
• Coordinate and oversee the publishing process of research-based content and materials.
• Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and team members to finalize content for release.
• Maintain consistency in visual design and brand standards.
• Utilize content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Infogram, and Microsoft Office.
• Manage website content via WordPress and HTML, troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Oversee content projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks before publication.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and project management.
• Located on the East Coast.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in design tools and content management systems.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools, SEO, web accessibility, and CRM systems is a plus.
