Relias is seeking a Content Project Manager in Morrisville, NC to lead course development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within specifications. You’ll manage a portfolio and serve as a liaison between resource teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, roadmap prioritization, and risk management, with a hybrid work arrangement in North Carolina and a focus on process documentation and reporting in QuickBase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years coordinating or project management experience or equivalent experience with Relias’ internal systems.
• Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with Content and Product teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work autonomously.
• Calm, diplomatic, and well-organized with prioritization skills.
• Experience mentoring Project Coordinators and building/run reports in QuickBase.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Prioritize projects and roadmaps based on effort, releases, and resource availability.
• Manage routine project updates in QuickBase and communicate with team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information for projects.
• Forecast risks and identify potential solutions.
• Monitor and track progress and address issues.
• Identify, report, and elevate risks to stakeholders and management.
• Manage projects within budget and schedule, communicating risks as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in QuickBase.
• Prepare, coordinate, and release modules to multiple platforms with accuracy.
