Job summary

Relias in Morrisville, NC seeks a Content Project Manager to oversee course development projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with specifications. You will manage a portfolio for a vertical, acting as liaison between resource teams and stakeholders.

You’ll liaise with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and manage updates in QuickBase, coordinating resources and information across platforms while forecasting risks and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years coordinating or project management experience.
• Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills; collaborate with Content and Product teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Able to stay calm and diplomatic.
• Strong organizational skills; prioritize projects.
• Ability to mentor Project Coordinators.
• Ability to build and run reports in QuickBase.
• Project Management experience desired.
• Database and data management (QuickBase preferred).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Prioritize projects and roadmaps based on intensity of effort, product management release initiatives, and resource availability.
• Manage routine project updates in QuickBase and communicate information to team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information for assigned projects.
• Forecast risks for completing projects and identify potential solutions.
• Monitor and track progress of projects in QuickBase and handle issues that may arise.
• Identify, report, and elevate risks or roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed.
• Manage projects within budget and according to schedule, and communicate risks as appropriate.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in QuickBase.
• Prepare, coordinate, and release modules to multiple platforms with accuracy.
• Prepare, coordinate, and archive modules from multiple platforms with accuracy.
• Run or present in multiple resource and stakeholder meetings each week.
• Make recommendations to stakeholders on project execution strategies.
• Resolve Support Issue Tickets or elevate as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
