You will partner with psychometricians and content experts to maintain high quality and reliability, and work with product, engineering, data, support, and go-to-market teams to build at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set the content roadmap for Mastery Predictive Assessment and Mastery College Prep Assessment.
• Balance short-term wins with long-term goals to drive adoption and growth.
• Partner with psychometricians and content experts to maintain high quality and reliability.
• Work with product, engineering, data, support, and go-to-market teams to build at scale.
• Meet with district superintendents and leaders to build trust and gather feedback.
• Help customers understand and act on assessment results.
• Partner with marketing and sales to position assessment content in the market.
• Base decisions on customer insights and data to build business cases.
