Job summary

The 4As seeks a hands-on Producer / Maker to bring our brand to life through high-quality, platform-native assets. You will film, edit, design, write and publish content that supports campaigns, member storytelling, and events.

You will work across CRM, Brand, and Content to translate strategy into compelling outputs, ensuring visual consistency and timely delivery in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in content production, social media, digital media, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with video production and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
• Familiar with web platforms such as Wordpress.
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital and social content.
• Experience publishing content across digital and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, multi-format content including video, short-form social content, graphics and written assets.
• Film and edit video content for campaigns, events, interviews and storytelling initiatives.
• Develop content that is optimized for digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, social channels, etc.).
• Execute on creative briefs provided by CRM, Brand, and Content leads.
• Create assets that support CRM campaigns, including email visuals, nurture content and engagement touchpoints.
• Translate campaign strategies into compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.
• Support lifecycle marketing efforts by producing content aligned to different audience stages (prospects, members, partners).
• Publish and manage content across relevant platforms, ensuring proper formatting and optimization.
