Job summary

4As, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit association in New York, is seeking a hands-on Producer/Maker to bring brand and content strategies to life through high-quality video, graphics and written content. You will execute across campaigns, events and storytelling with speed and creativity.

You’ll collaborate with CRM, Brand and Content teams to translate briefs into platform-native assets for LinkedIn, websites and email, while maintaining a consistent modern brand voice.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in content production, social media, digital media, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with video production and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
• Familiar with web platforms such as WordPress.
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital and social content.
• Ability to film, edit, design, write, and publish content independently.

Responsibilities

• Create multi-format content including video, graphics and written assets.
• Film and edit video content for campaigns, events and storytelling.
• Develop content optimized for LinkedIn, websites, emails and social channels.
• Publish and manage content across platforms with proper formatting.
• Collaborate with CRM, Brand and Content teams on priorities and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
