Youll travel across our communities to produce engaging content for social channels, campaigns, fundraising, recruitment, and internal communications.

The role builds an in-house creative storytelling function, shaping how thousands of members, volunteers, and donors connect with our mission.

Qualifications

• Videography, editing, photography and multimedia storytelling experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and professional production equipment.
• Strong portfolio showing storytelling, videography, editing, and content production capabilities.
• Experience managing projects independently from concept through completion.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture inspiring stories through video, photography, and digital media.
• Produce content for social media, marketing campaigns, fundraising, recruitment, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to tell stories that highlight community impact.
• Manage projects from concept to final production using creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
• Help grow and evolve the Y's creative storytelling strategy.
