Confidential, a leading player in women’s fashion, seeks an Associate Director of Creative Photoshoot & Marketing Production to drive end-to-end production of photo shoots and related assets for multiple brands. You will plan, execute and deliver seasonal and e-commerce imagery while ensuring brand integrity and on-time delivery.

You will also manage post-production workflows, coordinate talent and studios, and mentor the in-house Graphic Designer.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of fashion/photography/creative-production experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing fashion/photo shoots from pre-production to final asset delivery.
  • Experience with PDP, e-commerce, flat-lay photography workflows and asset requirements.
  • Experience directing, mentoring and managing a Graphic Designer or similar creative resource.
  • Strong network of studios, photographers, stylists and production vendors.

Job description

The Associate Director, Creative Photoshoot & Marketing Production is responsible for the end-to-end production of photo shoots and related creative assets for a portfolio of women's fashion brands.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role owns the planning and execution of seasonal, e-commerce, advertising, social and marketing shoots from pre-production through final asset delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget and according to brand standards. In addition to photography production, this position oversees the post-shoot workflow of creative assets, including print production, layouts and in-store marketing collateral, and manages a Graphic Designer. For higher-caliber or editorial shoots requiring elevated creative direction, this role will identify, source and manage freelance Creative Directors and other specialized creative talent as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Own photo shoot production from initial planning through final asset delivery
  • Plan and execute seasonal e-commerce, advertising, social, brand and retail photo shoots
  • Own the creative production and execution of PDP and e-commerce imagery, maintaining continuity and brand integrity across all product photography
  • Plan and execute PDP, flat-lay and product-detail shoots in addition to seasonal campaign, brand, retail and marketing shoots
  • Develop production schedules, timelines, budgets and workflows across multiple brands and concurrent projects
  • Source and book studios, photographers, models, stylists, hair and makeup artists and other freelance production talent
  • Coordinate product, samples and merchandise required for each shoot
  • Partner closely with Design, Marketing, Sales and E-Commerce teams to understand seasonal priorities, product needs and creative direction
  • Manage all shoot logistics, including schedules, call sheets, talent, studios, vendors and on-set execution
  • Ensure final photography and creative assets are delivered accurately and on deadline
  • Oversee post-production workflow, including image selection, retouching, trafficking and final asset delivery
  • Direct, mentor and manage the Graphic Designer from brief through final execution, setting priorities and ensuring work aligns with brand standards, timelines and business needs
  • Coordinate the development of layouts and creative assets for print, retail and in-store marketing materials
  • Manage print production and serve as a liaison with internal teams, retailers and outside print/production vendors as needed
  • Ensure photography is translated appropriately across e-commerce, digital, social, print, retail and in-store applications
  • Ensure creative consistency across retail, digital, e-commerce, wholesale, marketing and packaging touchpoints
  • Maintain high creative standards and ensure all imagery and related assets consistently reflect each brand's visual identity
  • Identify and source freelance Creative Directors, Art Directors and other specialized creative talent for higher-level editorial or brand shoots when required
  • Manage and maintain relationships with photographers, modeling agencies, studios, stylists, creative freelancers and production vendors
  • Bid projects and negotiate rates with photographers, models, studios, stylists and other vendors
  • Plan and manage photo-production and creative-production budgets, estimates and invoices
  • Maintain efficient creative-production processes and workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Own the creative production calendar across campaign shoots, asset delivery, PDP and flat shoots, product launches, digital activations, retail initiatives and wholesale needs
  • Manage campaign and launch execution from production planning through final asset delivery, including asset tracking, retail collateral and wholesale presentations as required
  • Ensure imagery and asset delivery align with merchandising priorities, product availability and launch timing
  • Anticipate production, scheduling, budget and resource issues and resolve them proactively
  • Manage multiple brands, shoots and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ensure all work maintains appropriate brand standards and supports overall marketing and business objectives
  • Contribute creative ideas that bring the brands to life while translating concepts into executable photo and content production
Qualifications

  • Women’s wholesale fashion/apparel experience strongly preferred
