Job summary

Reformation is looking for an E-commerce Producer to join our Studio team and drive day-to-day production of ecommerce content—from planning through final delivery.

This role sits at the center of our creative process, keeping shoots, shot lists, and deliverables moving on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll work with Creative, Post-Production, Merchandising, and Brand to ensure every image/video meets our standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or studio production.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of photo/video production workflows from pre-pro to post.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort budgeting and managing vendor relationships.
• Clear communicator coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for ecommerce photo and video shoots from planning to delivery.
• Build and manage shoot calendars, shot lists, and call sheets.
• Coordinate studio logistics: talent, crew, locations, equipment, and space.
• Assist with sample flow to ensure the right product on set at the right time.
• Track budgets and timelines across shoots, flag risks early.
• Partner with Post-Production to manage retouching queues and deadlines.
• Liaise with photographers, stylists, hair/makeup artists, models, and vendors.
• Ensure deliverables meet site specs, brand guidelines, and launch deadlines.
• Maintain production docs, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and efficiency.
• Handle admin tasks like lunch orders and invoice submission.
