Job summary

You will manage a team of content creators and instructional designers, build partnerships with operations and HR, oversee LMS platforms, and use data to refine delivery and impact, while maintaining an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in managing a training team.
• Experience designing programs for small to mid-sized orgs.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS, Excel.
• Ability to interpret data and apply insights to training results.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates.
• Cross-functional collaboration to gather input and validate content.
• Coaching and mentoring to develop diverse perspectives.
• Experience with LMS platforms (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone).
• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate), video editing, and basic graphic design.
• Excel/Power BI or similar for reporting and insights.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and content sharing tools.
• Leveraging technology to streamline training delivery and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain engaging, scalable training materials across formats to meet learner needs and compliance goals.
• Oversee LMS and digital platforms to ensure delivery, tracking, usability, and reporting.
• Manage a content team through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Build partnerships with SMEs, operations, and HR to identify training needs.
• Use data and learner feedback to refine content and delivery methods.
