Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5-7 years related work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience managing a team delivering training programs.
• 5 years designing training programs for mid-sized orgs.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, LMS and Excel.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve training.
• Strong written and verbal communication for updates and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to gather input and validate content.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and foster diverse perspectives.
• Experience administering LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone).
• Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and basic video editing/graphics.
• Ability to use Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and insights.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain engaging, scalable training materials across formats to meet learner needs.
• Oversee LMS and digital platforms to ensure smooth delivery and tracking of programs.
• Manage and develop a team of content creators, instructional designers, and training specialists.
• Build partnerships with SMEs, ops leaders, and HR to identify training needs and improvements.
• Use data and learner feedback to refine content and delivery methods.
