Job summary

Core of the Heart is seeking a data-driven leader to own the clip-performance dashboard, set the cadence, and drive decisions across editors and pickers. You will read metrics daily, decide which clips advance, and guide testing cycles to improve engagement and growth.

In this role you will coach team members, align on weekly reports for leadership, and ensure every step delivers measurable results. This position requires Pacific Time overlap and a proven track record in cadence-driven

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or process with a measurable result.
• Ability to read dashboards and make fast, clear calls from data.
• Understanding of short-form content workflows for editors/pickers.
• Fluency in ClickUp and running a documented cadence.

Responsibilities

• Read the daily dashboard and decide which clips graduate to the main page.
• Tune per-platform benchmarks as data comes in, so winner criteria are meaningful.
• Tell editors where clips lose viewers and guide moments that keep winning.
• Run the daily and weekly cadence and hold the editor and picker to numbers.
• Coach people to improve each step and the overall process.
• Own the weekly report and deliver leadership analysis; step in when needed.
