Job summary

Core of the Heart in Los Angeles seeks a data-driven operations lead to own the dashboard, determine winner calls, and steer the clip-testing loop. You read numbers, cut non-performers, and sharpen every week.

You own the cadence, hold the editor and the picker to their numbers, and coach people toward measurable improvement. You will run daily and weekly rhythms, produce a written weekly leadership analysis, and drive growth by moving the system toward higher win rates and faster page growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a team or a repeatable process with a metric owned and moved.
• Comfort reading a performance dashboard and making fast calls from it.
• Understanding of short-form to improve editor and picker work.
• Fluency in ClickUp and discipline to run a documented cadence.
• Reliable daily overlap with Pacific Time.
• Applications without proof of past results will not be reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Own the winner calls. Read the dashboard daily and decide what graduates to the main page, what gets re-cut and re-tested, and what gets scrapped.
• Tune the per-platform benchmarks as data comes in, so "+winner" always means something.
• Tell the editor where clips lose people and tell the picker which moment types keep winning.
• Run the daily and weekly rhythm and hold the editor and the picker to their numbers.
• Coach people and steps to be measurably better over time.
• Own the weekly report and turn data into leadership-ready analysis.
