Job summary

Core of the Heart is seeking a part-time, remote Clip Editor to join our Content team. You will watch long-form content, pull moments worth testing, and own the front end of the clip pipeline so only the best cuts reach the audience.

You will review edits, add precise notes, tag topics, and help build a steady queue of 8–12 clip-worthy moments per stream. Proficiency with Frame.io and ClickUp and daily Pacific Time overlap are required.

Qualifications

• Real-time inside short-form editing experience.
• Examples of clipped moments with performance data included in application.
• Proficiency with Frame.io and ClickUp and daily overlap with Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Own the moment queue with 8 to 12 clip-worthy moments per stream, with timestamps and topics.
• Tag topics to track patterns from day one and identify winning moment types.
• Review every edit before posting and provide notes that require no further discussion.
• Track hit rate and adjust future picks based on dashboard benchmarks.
• Keep the queue moving; a strong cut should not sit waiting for review.
