Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, digital marketing, merchandising or related field.
• Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, content strategy, or retail media.
• Previous internship experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day content operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across Amazon brand assets.
• Support upload, publication, and maintenance of PDP imagery, A+ Content modules, media placements, and Brand Store assets.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, Amazon policies, and customer experience best practices.
• Coordinate with content, marketing, account management, and agency partners to track timelines and approvals.
• Analyze SEO performance data and keyword trends to inform content optimization strategies.
• Prepare insights and performance summaries for cross-functional stakeholders.
