Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of commerce account management experience.
• Experience managing PDPs and online merchandising.
• Experience preparing weekly sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong inventory management and forecasting experience.
• Experience with ecommerce fulfillment, shipping, and supply chain operations.
• Experience processing invoices and maintaining operational docs.
• Experience supporting ecommerce customer service for orders/shipments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across TikTok Shop accounts.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, imagery, content, and merchandising.
• Set up and manage PDPs for new launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate launches and assortment updates across channels.
• Review weekly sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze sales trends, promos, and product performance; monitor KPIs.
• Monitor inventory levels; partner with Supply Chain to maintain health.
• Assist with demand planning and forecasting based on trends.
• Coordinate with warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics for timely shipping.
• Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, orders, and returns.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and support promotional planning.
• Prepare invoices and maintain records for vendors and partners.
