• Review online videos / content / complaints / legal notices received from end‑customer on incorrect decisions taken related to copyright work materials.
• Review and update content on popular social media platforms.
• As per the role: there is possibility to be exposed to potentially harmful or sensitive content in each shift. Personal traits and self‑management skills are needed to manage unique risks at a fast‑paced environment within the industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Vocational Certificate or Higher in any field.
• Enjoys spending time watching social media feed (is an advantage).
• Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive contents.
• Khmer and Thai Proficiency (review Khmer content).
