FLY Consultancy Services is hiring a Content Moderation Analyst for a permanent work-from-home role. The position requires strong English communication skills, freshers from 2024–2026 or candidates with 1+ year BPO experience. Immediate joining is preferred.

Role involves reviewing online content to ensure adherence to safety, quality and policy standards. 5-day workweeks with 2 rotational week-offs. Recruitment Team

Qualifications

• Immediate joiners only.
• Freshers: 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs.
• Educational Qualification: Degree, B.Tech, B.E, Diploma and PG candidates are eligible for freshers.
• Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO process, with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Content Moderation Analyst, you will review and evaluate online content to ensure it meets quality, accuracy, relevance, safety and policy compliance standards.
