Job summary

FLY Consultancy Services is seeking a Content Moderation Analyst for a Permanent Work From Home opportunity. Freshers (2024–2026) or experienced candidates with at least 1 year in a BPO and strong English skills are welcome.

Role involves reviewing and evaluating online content to ensure quality, safety, and policy compliance. Immediate joiners are preferred. Working days are 5 with 2 rotational week-offs, and the company offers a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Freshers: 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs.
• Educational Qualification: Degree, B.Tech, B.E, Diploma and PG candidates are eligible for freshers.
• Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of experience in any BPO process, with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Immediate joiners only.
