Job summary

Monumental Sports Network in Washington, DC is seeking a Content Metadata & Distribution Coordinator to oversee organization, accuracy, tracking, and distribution of content and metadata across owned platforms and third‑party partners.

The role requires maintaining metadata inventories, coordinating packaging and delivery to partners such as Amazon Prime Video and DAZN, and ensuring QA across Monumental+ and external platforms, with opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data

Qualifications

• 1+ years in digital media, content operations, metadata management, streaming, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills to handle multiple simultaneous content deliveries.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, structured data, tracking systems, and content management platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills including sorting, filtering, formulas, data validation, and handling large datasets.
• Experience with video assets, streaming platforms, metadata management, or content management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical team members.
• Interest in sports media, streaming, content operations, or digital distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain metadata for Monumental Sports Network video content, including titles, series and episode information, descriptions, content IDs, categories, tags, runtimes, artwork references, availability windows, rights information.
• Coordinate packaging and delivery of content to third‑party distribution partners, including platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, DAZN, and future partners.
• Track content through the full distribution lifecycle from preparation to expiration and removal.
• Monitor partner platforms to verify accurate publication and compliance with Monumental Sports Network requirements.
• Generate reports and status updates identifying outstanding deliveries, missing assets, metadata issues, publishing discrepancies, and expirations.”],
