Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned PR and Communications professional to craft content for businesses, consumers, and employees, develop announcements, product news, client success stories, and leadership profiles, and pitch to media to raise brand awareness.

You will collaborate with internal teams, lead creation of press releases, newsletters, blogs, social posts, and sales collateral, manage social strategy, update the corporate website, and analyze campaigns with Google Analytics to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, PR, or a related field.
• 3+ years in PR, Communications, or Marketing.
• Proven track record writing press releases, speeches, articles, reports, and web copy.
• Cross-platform content writing expertise (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, content distribution, and SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation design.
• Experience with media monitoring tools and wire services.
• Experience managing WordPress sites.
• Skills in video editing and creative design using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of HTML and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

Responsibilities

• Create and manage multi-channel content including press releases, social posts, blogs, newsletters, and sales collateral.
• Lead media relations, build relationships with outlets, influencers, and partners.
• Develop content strategies, messaging, and toolkits to support campaigns.
• Analyze campaigns with Google Analytics and industry trends to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the PR firm to plan events and opportunities.
