Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a communications professional to support written content and strategic messaging across channels. The role involves creating and editing emails, press materials, articles, and video scripts, while coordinating multiple projects with internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 1–2 years of experience, and demonstrate strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, English, journalism, or marketing.
• Typically 1–2 years of relevant communications experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of writing styles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Viva Amplify.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Ability to sit at a workstation and operate computer devices.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions involving the hands, head, and other body parts.

Responsibilities

• Support effective communications plans, including writing and editing a variety of content.
• Write and edit email copy, press releases, articles, company profiles, video scripts, and other communication content.
• Assess, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors on communication-related requests.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of strategic communication content across multiple channels.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising marketing communication materials.
• Attend internal and external communication meetings as requested.
