Job summary

Arkema’s Bostik division seeks a Content Marketing Writer to transform technical material into clear, engaging content that drives growth across industrial adhesive and sealant markets.

You will collaborate with marketing, product management, technical experts, and stakeholders to develop content strategies, tailor messaging, and optimize content with SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing, copywriting, technical writing, marketing communications, journalism, or a similar discipline; B2B or technical industry experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with the ability to create clear, compelling, publication-ready content.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, audience-focused content that supports marketing, sales, and business objectives.
• Experience developing content across multiple channels, including blogs, case studies, brochures, email campaigns, websites, sales collateral, webinars, and other marketing communications materials.
• Strong research, interviewing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with an understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, SEO best practices, and brand messaging consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, audience-focused content that supports marketing, sales, product positioning, and business objectives across multiple industrial adhesive and sealant markets.
• Research technical topics, industry trends, customer needs, and market applications to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and impactful.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content that is easy for target audiences to understand and act upon.
• Create and edit a variety of marketing materials, including blogs, case studies, brochures, website content, email campaigns, webinar scripts, sales collateral, and other customer-facing communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams, product managers, technical experts, and business stakeholders to gather insights and develop effective content strategies.
• Tailor messaging for different audiences and stages of the customer journey while maintaining brand voice, consistency, and messaging standards.
• Support content optimization and continuous improvement efforts by incorporating SEO best practices, monitoring content trends, and identifying opportunities to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
