Job summary

J.W. Pepper is seeking a strategic Content Marketing Manager to own content planning and production across written, social, and video channels. You will grow brand awareness and deliver KPI-driven campaigns while leading the Social Media Coordinator and Video Production Coordinator.

The role resides in-person at our Exton, PA headquarters, reporting to the Content Marketing leadership and collaborating with product, growth, PR, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content marketing, social media, or digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytics skills using Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent project management and video production workflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content marketing strategy (social, video, blog) aligned with KPIs.
• Lead influencer partnerships, creator outreach, and ROI measurement.
• Oversee video/YouTube strategy including SEO, cadence, and cross-promotion.
• Mentor Social Media and Video Production Coordinators and guide growth.
• Coordinate guest contributions, briefs, rights/usage, and quality control.
• Improve production workflows and ensure on-time delivery with high production value.
• Align content with paid campaigns and track KPI performance and spend.
