Job summary

QUICK USA, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to grow our brands and drive e-commerce through social-first content. You will own the content strategy, shoot and edit video, and develop assets for web stores and advertising.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support SEO, email outreach, fulfillment, and customer support within a small team, while building a portfolio of work including Japanese-language materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in content marketing, social media, or brand content.
• Able to independently build and run a content marketing plan, including strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration.
• A portfolio of video you shot and edited yourself.
• Comfortable running a shoot solo — camera or phone, lighting, tripod, and audio included
• Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut) and design tools (Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
• Native-level Japanese language skills in reading, writing, and speaking
• Business-level English skills in reading and writing
• Authorization to work in the United States
• E-commerce experience with Shopify

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish video content
• Photograph products for web stores, social media, and advertising assets
• Create marketing assets for web stores and advertising
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including planning, measurement, and optimization
• Handle influencer collaborations, product seeding, and content coordination
• Assist with web advertising and SEO
• Conduct email outreach to prospective partners and customers
• Provide customer support via email and similar channels
• Support general business operations, including fulfillment, as needed in a small team environment
