Job summary

NP Digital is seeking a Content Strategy Lead to guide SEO/GEO content strategy across 5-7 enterprise accounts. You will edit, organize content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and analyze data for high-impact results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or relevant field.
• 3-5 years' experience leading marketing/content campaigns in a fast-paced environment (agency experience preferred).
• Experience with Wordpress and other blog formats such as Django and Shopify, including uploading and scheduling posts.
• 1-2 years of editing experience with AP style and tone adaptation for different briefs.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and how content supports customer journeys.
• Experience strategizing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to delegate parts of content production to team members and interns.
• Excellent organization and ability to hit multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Create outlines with strategy and sources for writers.
• Stage blog posts in CMS and manage deadlines.
• Edit long-form blog content for SEO and client briefs.
• Coordinate with a remote team of writers/editors.
• Lead competitor research during onboarding and brief formatting.
• Lead content brainstorming and identify ranking opportunities.
• Manage editorial calendar and ensure project timelines.
• Prepare monthly content reports using analytics tools.
• Suggest improvements to internal production processes.
• Collaborate with SEO Strategist on campaign shifts and initiatives.
• Assist with researching and pitching publishers for backlinks and promotions.
