Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services is seeking a strategic Content Manager to oversee planning, governance, and optimization of content supporting federal programs. You will work with strategists, writers, designers, and analytics to ensure accurate, accessible content across platforms.

The role combines editorial judgment with content operations, governance, and audience behavior insights. Hybrid work centered in the DMV region is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing content operations, editorial processes, digital communications, or related functions.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible communications.
• Experience coordinating content across channels, audiences, and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead content planning, governance, and cross-channel coordination across digital and print.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, designers, UX specialists, and stakeholder teams to deliver audience-centered content.
• Maintain content inventories, publishing workflows, and governance records for consistency.
