About the Role

This role can be performed remotely within the United States. As Content Manager, you will leverage your expertise in private funds legal practice and investment management laws to develop and manage content for Practical Guidance. Your responsibilities include writing, editing, and networking with attorney authors, staying updated on legal developments, and collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and content utility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on team initiatives supporting managers and business partners.
• Manage end-to-end development of content within your practice area.
• Create and update authoritative legal insights.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external authors.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve legal resources.
• Monitor practice area trends to keep content relevant.
• Represent the content and practice area internally and externally.

Minimum Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar accreditation in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in private funds/alternative investments law at a law firm or legal department.
• Subject matter expertise in U.S. investment management laws.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Recent experience in legal writing, newsletters, articles, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online legal research tools.
