Qualifications

  • 2+ years of practical experience in Content Management or maintaining structured digital content.
  • Understanding of Knowledge Management concepts and knowledge-base practices.
  • Background in working with defined operational processes or service management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Content Governance, including review cycles, ownership, approvals, and standards.
  • Knowledge of Information Architecture, including categories, taxonomy, metadata, and content organization.
  • Expertise in managing or supporting the Content Lifecycle from creation through retirement.
  • English proficiency at B1+ level or above.
  • Nice to have: BPM and technical writing proficiency.
  • Skills in content governance, quality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, review, organize, and maintain content within the core platform and knowledge repositories.
  • Ensure content remains accurate, current, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Support governance policies including ownership, review cycles, approvals, and publishing standards.
  • Organize content using information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and navigation structures.
  • Manage the content lifecycle from creation to retirement and retire obsolete content.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and support documentation.
  • Apply technical writing principles for clear and user-friendly documentation.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and support teams to validate information.
  • Identify outdated or low-quality content and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Follow service management frameworks for content requests and incidents.
  • Produce operational reports and metrics on content volume and governance.

Job description

We are looking for a Content Manager to join a global support team operating in a 24/7 service environment, with primary responsibility for managing and maintaining content within the core platform. The Content Manager will support the creation, maintenance, organization, governance, and continuous improvement of media and operational knowledge content. The role requires close collaboration with support teams, subject matter experts, process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that information remains accurate, relevant, easy to find, and aligned with established service and governance standards. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in an operational support environment where content accuracy and availability directly affect service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Create, update, review, organize, and maintain content within the core platform and associated media and knowledge repositories
  • Ensure content remains accurate, current, consistent, complete, and aligned with defined quality standards
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of content governance policies, including ownership, review cycles, naming conventions, approval workflows, and publishing standards
  • Organize content using appropriate information architecture, categorization, taxonomy, metadata, and navigation structures
  • Manage the content lifecycle, including creation, review, publication, periodic validation, archiving, and retirement
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, operational instructions, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other support documentation
  • Apply technical writing principles to produce clear, concise, structured, and user-friendly documentation
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and support teams to validate technical and operational information
  • Identify outdated, duplicated, conflicting, incomplete, or low-quality content and coordinate corrective actions
  • Follow established service management and operational frameworks when handling content requests, incidents, updates, and escalations
  • Produce operational reports and metrics related to content volume, usage, quality, aging, review status, and governance compliance
  • Participate in a 24/7 support model, including rotational shifts where required
Requirements
  • 2+ years of practical experience in Content Management or maintaining structured digital content
  • Understanding of Knowledge Management concepts and knowledge-base practices
  • Background in working with defined operational processes or service management frameworks
  • Familiarity with Content Governance, including review cycles, ownership, approvals, and standards
  • Knowledge of Information Architecture, including categories, taxonomy, metadata, and content organization
  • Expertise in managing or supporting the Content Lifecycle from creation through retirement
  • English proficiency at B1+ level or above
  • Nice to have: Competency in business process management (BPM) and technical writing
  • Skills in content governance, content quality, and accuracy
  • Proficiency in information architecture and reporting
  • Strong communication skills
