Base is building a new kind of power company, growing quickly, and seeking a Content Lead to shape how homeowners and prospective employees perceive us. You’ll own the website, blog, emails, texts, and social content to drive awareness and trust while telling the stories of the people building Base.

You’ll work with product, design, lifecycle and recruiting to publish clear, compelling content at scale and define the company’s voice across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own content across customer acquisition journey (website, blog, email, text, social).
• Lead employer brand content and tell stories of people building the company.
• Set voice and editorial standards for the organization.
• Build content distribution strategy.
• Collaborate with lifecycle, growth, recruiting, product and design to turn work into readable content.
• Interview members and teammates to find stories worth telling.
