Base seeks a Content Lead to shape how homeowners learn about Base and to tell the stories of the people building the company. You’ll manage content across the customer journey and lead the employer brand, setting the voice and standards that guide all Base content.

You’ll work with lifecycle, growth, recruiting, product and design to turn their work into high-quality content, producing seven+ pieces monthly and lifecycle copy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write clearly on technical and complex topics.
• Ability to own content projects end-to-end in a fast-growing company.

Responsabilités

• Own content across the customer acquisition journey, from website and blog to email, text and social.
• Lead employer brand content and tell the stories of people building the company.
• Set the voice and editorial standards the rest of Base writes to.
• Build the content distribution strategy.
• Partner with lifecycle, growth, recruiting, product and design to turn their work into content people want to read.
• Talk to members and teammates to find the stories worth telling.
